RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

With the desire to provide the best shopping experience for customers, Nid Douillet is always ready to support when customers need to return or adjust products.

– Nid Douillet accepts product exchanges when:
* The product was delivered incorrectly in terms of item code, size, color, etc., compared to the order.
* The product has manufacturing defects.
Note: Nid Douillet does not accept the return and exchange policy to promotional items, products that have been requested for adjustment. Nid Douillet will support modifications for an additional fee.

– Requirements for exchanged products:
* The product must retain its original condition at the time of purchase: with tags, brand labels, accompanying accessories (if any), unaltered, free from stains, chemicals, unwashed, odorless, and showing no signs of use.

– Exchange process:
* Domestic and international customers must request product exchanges within 03 days from the date of receipt.
* Domestic customers should send the product back to Nid Douillet within 24 hours from the date Nid Douillet confirms the exchange processing.
* International customers should send the product back within 03 days from the date Nid Douillet confirms the exchange processing.

Nid Douillet completes the exchange processing and dispatches the product to the customer within 3-5 days (excluding weekend/holidays) from the date Nid Douillet receives the returned product.

– Exchange fee:
1. Free exchange: Nid Douillet does not charge any fees for exchanges in the following cases:
* The product was delivered incorrectly regarding item code, size, color, or other discrepancies compared to the order.
* The product has manufacturing defects.
* Return shipping fees are covered by Nid Douillet.

2. Fee-based exchange: Nid Douillet charges a fee for exchanges in the following situations:
* Exchanging for a different size than what was initially ordered (provided Nid Douillet has stock).
* When exchanging for a different product model, the customer must pay the difference if the new product is more expensive. If the new product is less expensive, Nid Douillet does not refund the difference.
* Return shipping fees are paid by the customer.
